Our white chocolate revolutionises expectations. Caribbean cocoa butter offers complex, chocolatey flavours and well balanced sweetness, combined with creamy whole milk and a hint of salt for a uniquely sophisticated white chocolate flavour.

Sourcing the finest flavour cocoa directly from our partner farms in the Dominican Republic, we have beenable to craft a cocoa butter of pure, developed flavour, without the need for deodorisation as is the norm in the industry. the result is a truly unique chocolate, prepared to hold its own in the Islands range.

Just a little note to say that the 37% White ‘best before date’ is soon approaching. Whilst we list a two year ‘best before’ on our chocolates, they are incredibly stable and would take many years to actually go off. Our technical team has tasted the product and are still completely confident in its deliciousness and we're sure you will be too!
