WHITE CHOCOLATE RUSSIAN

White Russians are the epitome of cocktail indulgence — perfect for the festive season. We have combined our 37% White Chocolate with Sapling’s Climate Positive Vodka and Climpson and Son’s irresistible coffee liqueur from their Midnight Oil Range for a truly delectable take on this classic cocktail.

• INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml Sapling Climate Positive Vodka

  • 15ml Midnight Oil Coffee Liqueur

  • 20g 37% White Chocolate Buttons

  • 60ml Double cream

  • Ice

• Method

  • Heat the cream until steaming, mix in the chocolate until melted. Set aside to cool. 

  • Shake the vodka and chocolate cream together (also know as to ‘wet shake’). Pour the midnight oil over the ice, finished by the chocolate cream mixture.
