45% Powder Mocha Martini

Just when you thought Espresso Martinis couldn’t get any better. We’ve elevated this classic cocktail, pairing our 45% Hot Chocolate Powder with Extract’s Original Espresso Blend, Climpson and Son’s Midnight Oil Coffee Liqueur and Sapling’s Climate Positive Vodka. Perfect for your next dinner party and sipping late into those winter evenings.

• INGREDIENTS

  • 28ml Boiling Water

  • 20g 45% Powder

  • 1 Shot Espresso 

  • 40ml Vodka

  • 20ml Midnight Oil

  • Ice (Lots!)

  • Cocoa Powder the rim (optional)

• METHOD

  • Whisk some freshly boiled water together with the hot chocolate powder. Make your shot of expresso, whisk together with the chocolate syrup and then leave to cool. 

  • Wet shake (i.e shaken over ice) the vodka, midnight oil, coffee chocolate syrup together until mixed.

  • Strain into a chilled glass and top with a coffee bean (or chocolate button!)
