Vegan Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Our 75% Dark Chocolate Buttons provide a spectrum of flavours not found in any other dark chocolate. Sweet notes of jammy fruits and caramel pair beautifully the creamy and earthy flavours of avocado for a vegan dessert you will love. This is quick and easy to rustle up with just 5 ingredients — that includes the delicious chocolate ‘soil’ for an added bit of crunch!

  • Chocolate Soil:

    • 75g 75% Dark Chocolate Buttons

    • 100g Caster Sugar

    • 20ml Water

    Avocado Mousse:

    180g 55% Milk Chocolate Buttons

    190g Oat Milk

    3 Ripe Avocados

  • Chocolate Soil: 

    • To make the soil, boil the sugar and water together until it turns amber in colour. 

    • Off the heat, add the chocolate and whisk until your soil comes together. Cool on a tray until needed. 

    Avocado Mousse:

    • Blitz the avocado until smooth.

    • Heat the oat milk in a pan until steaming and then pour over the chocolate.

    • Leave to melt for a few moments before whisking until smooth.

    • Whisk the avocado puree in until smooth and leave to set for a few hours before serving.
