We continue to be baffled by the contradiction of the average mocha! We're here to rectify that, curating the ultimate coffee-chocolate pairing list for magnificent mochas, with chocolate that rise to the challenge of specialty coffee.

  • • 45% Hot Chocolate Powder (20g for 8oz cup/30g for 12oz cup)

    • Milk or milk alternative (110ml for 8oz cup/165ml for 12oz cup)

    • Espresso (single for 8oz cup/double for 12oz cup)

    • 80g ice

  • • Place Islands 45% Hot Chocolate Powder in a milk pitcher

    • Brew espresso directly over it

    • Stir to make a smooth paste

    • Pour the milk directly into the jug and stir again

    • Fill the cup with ice and pour the mocha over
