We continue to be baffled by the contradiction of the average mocha! We're here to rectify that, curating the ultimate coffee-chocolate pairing list for magnificent mochas. Our 65% Dark Chocolate Buttons rise to the challenge of specialty coffee, and provide a balance between rich cocoa notes and a subtle caramel sweetness.

  • • 65% Milk Chocolate Buttons (30g for 8oz cup/45g for 12oz cup)

    • Milk or milk alternative (110ml for 8oz cup/165ml for 12oz cup)

    • Espresso (single for 8oz cup/double for 12oz cup)

    • 80g ice

  • • Prepare a shot of espresso and pour over the chocolate to melt. Whisk until smooth.

    • Add the milk and mix to combine.

    • Pour over ice and enjoy!
