37% White Chocolate & Mixed Berry Frappe
This is the ultimate summer cooler. Almost wading into milkshake territory, this iced frappe finds the perfect balance of flavours. Sweet caramel and cream notes marry excellently with the sharp, zingy frozen berries to product a delicious result that should only be enjoyed in the sunshine!

• 50g Mixed Berry Puree
• 120ml Milk or milk alternative
• 30g 37% White Chocolate Buttons

• Make your puree by blending your chosen berries until smooth and then pass through a sieve.
• Warm half the milk until steaming then mix with the 37% White Chocolate Buttons until smooth. Add the remaining milk and mix to cool.
• Pour your puree in a glass with ice cubes then add your chocolate milk.
• Mix and enjoy!
