When you're in the mood for a sweet snack, chocolate slab recipes are the perfect tasty treat. Using our 85% Dark Chocolate Buttons as the base, you can add loads of healthy additions like nuts, berries, dried fruits, and seeds to boost omega-3 levels and provide yourself with essential healthy fats.

200g 85% Islands Chocolate Buttons
2 Tbsp Tahini
1 x Handful Chopped Brazil Nuts
1 x Handful Chopped Dates
1 x Handful Pumpkin Seeds
1 x Handful Goji Berries

Temper the chocolate by melting it to 50°C, cooling to 28°C and then warming it once more to 31°C.
Once tempered, pour into a tin lined with grease proof paper
Drizzle with Tahini and then even sprinkle your chopped Brazil nuts, chopped dried dates, goji berries and pumpkin seeds
Leave at room temperature to set, or pop in the fridge for 20 minutes to speed up the process
Remove from the fridge, smash into bite-sized piece, and enjoy!
