The Perfect Hot Chocolate With Our 45% POWDER

  • EQUIPMENT:

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 45% Hot Chocolate Powder: 6oz = 15g, 8oz = 20g, 12oz = 30g

    • Hot water: 6oz = 21ml, 8oz = 28ml, 12oz = 42ml

    • Milk of Choice: 6oz = 106ml, 8oz = 140ml, 12oz = 210ml

    METHOD:

    • In your milk pitcher, make a paste with your hot chocolate powder and water.

    • Add your milk of choice.

    • with a steam wand, steam your chocolate paste and milk together until fully combined and velvety.

    • Whisk your hot chocolate to remove any lumps

    • Pour and enjoy!

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 200g 45% Hot Chocolate Powder

    • 280ml Hot water

    METHOD:

    • In your large milk pitcher, take 200g 45% Hot Chocolate Powder and pour over 280ml hot water (scale up according to demand).

    • Whisk until smooth and pass through a sieve

    • Pour into a squeeze bottle or pump dispenser

    • Use within two days of preparation and refrigerate overnight

    6oz = 36g syrup, 8oz = 48g syrup, 12oz = 72g syrup
