Cooked up with the help of some truly delicious ingredients from the Selfridges Food Hall, we bring you the perfect little petit-four for finishing your party with a flourish!

150g Islands 75% Dark Chocolate
250ml Ivy House Single Cream
Peter’s Yard Crackers
Selfridges Glazed Cinnamon & Vanilla Nuts

For the ganache:
Start by bringing 250ml cream to a simmer.
Pour cream over 150g 75% Dark Chocolate buttons in a bowl and stir until smooth. Chill for 2 hours.
Generously quenelle ganache on a cracker, sprinkle the crushed nuts on top.
Try not to eat them all before your guests arrive!
