85% Dark Chocolate Festive Fudge

Our unashamedly intense 85% Dark is perfect for flavouring a chocolatey festive fudge. High cocoa content and strong coffee and liquorice notes cut through the natural sweetness of the fudge for a deliciously refined finish.

  • For the Fudge:

    • 350g 85% Chocolate Dark Chocolate Buttons

    • 1 Can of Condensed Milk 

    • 30g Salted Butter 

    For the Topping (optional) 

    • 50g  White Chocolate 

    • 20g Chopped Hazelnut 

    • 20g Chopped Stem Ginger 

    • Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm tin. 

    • Make the fudge by melting the butter and chocolate over a Bain Marie.

    • Fold through the condensed milk until combined then decant into your prepared tin leave to set for 1-2 hours. 

    • To decorate, melt your chocolate and add your toppings of choice, leave to set once before portioning and serving.
