  • Straight Steaming Method:

    • Islands 85% Hot Chocolate Buttons
      - 6oz = 23g Buttons
      - 8oz = 30g Buttons
      - 12oz = 45g Buttons

    • Milk of your choice (whole milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc.)
      - 6oz = 105ml
      - 8oz = 140ml
      - 12oz = 210ml

    • Milk Pitcher

    • Milk steamer/Steam wand

    • Whisk

    • Mug

    • Add the 85% chocolate buttons to your milk pitcher

    • Add the milk of your choice to the pitcher

    • Steam with a steam wand until milk and chocolate are fully combined and the milk is smooth and velvety

    • Give the pitcher a final whisk to make sure any remaining chocolate is fully melted

    • Pour and enjoy hot!

    Garnishing (optional)

    You can customize your hot chocolate by adding freshly whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
