30g 45% Islands Hot Chocolate Powder
15ml Boiling Water
90ml Whole Milk
½ Tsp All Spice
½ Tsp Dried Ginger

Heat together the spices and milk until the milk is steaming, cover with a lid and leave to infuse.
Pour the boiling water over the chocolate and mix until smooth.
Combine the infused milk and chocolate mix and heat/ foam as required.
