Spiced Ginger Hot Chocolate

Whip up an indulgently luxurious Spiced Ginger Hot Chocolate like no other.⁠
Here's our barista-grade hot chocolate recipe to make in the comfort of your own home

    • 30g 45% Islands Hot Chocolate Powder⁠

    • 15ml Boiling Water ⁠

    • 90ml Whole Milk⁠

    • ½ Tsp All Spice ⁠

    • ½ Tsp Dried Ginger ⁠

    • Saucepan

    • Whisk

    • Mug

    • Heat together the spices and milk until the milk is steaming, cover with a lid and leave to infuse. ⁠

    • Pour the boiling water over the chocolate and mix until smooth. ⁠

    • Combine the infused milk and chocolate mix and heat/ foam as required. ⁠
