Pouring over our NEW Islands Chocolate Syrup – set to speed up the Speciality Chocolate beverage scene in 2025.
We’re overhauling the norms of artificiality and poor quality in the syrup sphere with out NEW Chocolate Syrup. Made with delicious, ethically sourced non-Dutched cocoa and a minimal ingredient list, this new launch will be levelling up hot AND cold chocolate drinks and desserts alike.

As of April 2025, our Chocolate Syrup will be available to buy in 2.27ltr bottles direct through our online shop (pump sold separately) and through our trade portal.
This syrup brings the finest flavour, quality cocoa expected of Islands, with the usability, stability and shelf life required of a syrup.
Made with 18% ethically sourced cocoa, it marks a stark change from the norms of the industry, with leading syrup brands containing only ‘natural cocoa flavourings.’

“Year on year we’re seeing huge growth in drinking chocolate sales, both in onboarding new customers and sales to current customers. Whilst artisanal hot chocolates remain the core of our business, we’re evolving our portfolio to meet the demands of the market.

Characteristically of Islands Chocolate, we’re using non-Dutched cocoa and as far as we know, this is completely unique to the chocolate syrup market. Such meticulous care is taken over the sourcing, farming, processing of our cocoa that we opt to highlight the natural flavours of this as much as possible, avoiding the uniformity of the Dutching process.”
