1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup vegan melted butter
1/2 cup soft brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp oat milk
5 crushed oreos
6 whole oreos
1/4 cup Islands dark chocolate buttons
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup aquafaba
Preheat the oven at 180C. Cream together the brown sugar, white sugar and melted vegan butter.
Add the flour, baking powder, oat milk and aquafaba and mix well. Then add the vanilla extract and further mix the batter.
Next, fold in the crushed oreos and chocolate chips. Then transfer the batter into a greaseproof paper-lined tin and add the whole oreos on top.
Finally, bake the blondies in an oven for 18 minutes. Then let them cool and further for 1 hour.
