Ingredients:
185g unsalted butter
185g Islands 75% Chocolate Cooking Buttons
70g plain flour
40g Islands Cocoa Powder
3 eggs
275 golden caster sugar
50g Islands 75% Chocolate Cooking Buttons (to add in before cooking)
Method:
- Melt butter and 185g chocolate in bain-marie
- Beat the eggs and sugar until incorporated
- Fold through the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs and sugar
- Sift the dry ingredients together and fold into the mixture
- Fold in the 75% milk chocolate chunks
- Pour into a lined brownie tray
- Cook at 160C for 20-25 mins
