When gingerbread spices mingle with chocolate, then meet a mince pie and decide to have a coffee. This bowl feels like a hug from Santa - a deliciously festive breakfast, bursting with flavours of Christmas.
INGREDIENTS & METHOD:
1) Oats base - mix all ingredients in a pan and heat gently until smooth and creamy (add water or milk to loosen if too thick).
50g jumbo oats
1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
1/4 tsp of mixed spiced
1/4 tsp of ground ginger
1/4 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Squeeze of maple syrup
Required amount of your choice of milk
2 tblsp of dried mince fruits
