TURMERIC LATTE OATS BOWL WITH RHUBARB & BLACKBERRY CHIA JAM - ANISHA HIRANI

This Turmeric latte oats bowl with rhubarb & blackberry chia jam should do the job to warm you up on these colder winter mornings.
The addition of turmeric also provides many health benefits, keeping our immune system strong. Some found include:⁠

RECIPE - 

Ingredients:

Mix 1 1/2 scoops of oats⁠
1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder⁠
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon⁠
1/4 tsp ground ginger⁠
Squeeze of maple syrup ⁠
Your choice of milk⁠

Method:

Heat until desired consistency is reached and pour into a bowl.⁠
Top with the rhubarb (organic homegrown) & blackberry homemade chia jam.
Add sunflower seeds and pistachios⁠, Smooth peanut butter⁠, Berry granola⁠ & Cacao nibs⁠.
Add 2 pieces or MORE of Islands Chocolate - Anisha uses 75% Dark chocolate⁠.
