2 Mugs Plant-based milk (try @minorfigures oat milk for the creamiest well-blending milk!)
1.5 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tbsp Dark sugar
Sprinkle of sea salt
4 Green cardamon (the seeds)
1 Orange with all its peel
A Generous handful of Islands Chocolate Buttons
METHOD / BAR TO MUG:
In jug of milk, add cocoa + dark sugar. Whisk until combined.
In small pan on low-medium heat, add milk mixture crushed cardamon (just the seeds from the inside), orange peel + salt.
Keep stirring as it gets steamy, then add your CHOCOLATE Continue to stir until chocolate is melted.
Whisk until smooth, then remove from heat.
Pour your hot chocolate through a sieve to remove the cardamon seeds & orange peel.
Breath, sip + enjoy.
