FESTIVE FLAVOUR BREAKFAST OATS - ANISHA HIRANI

When ginger bread spices mingles with chocolate and then meets a mince pie and decides to have a coffee.
This bowl feels like a hug from Santa - an incredibly festive, tasty breakfast which bursts with flavours of Christmas.
INGREDIENTS & METHOD:

1) Oats base - Mix all in a pan and heat gently until smooth and creamy (add water or milk to loosen if too thick). 

50g Jumbo oats
1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein powder
Pinch of salt
Squeeze of maple syrup 
Required amount of your choice of milk 
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
 1/4 tsp of mixed spiced
1/4 tsp of ground ginger
 2 tblsp of dried mince fruits

2) Toppings - add your favourite toppings, some suggestions: 
Islands Chocolate Cacao Nibs
 Flaked Almonds
Dried cranberries
Smooth peanut butter
