CHOCOLATE MINT TRUFFLES - ANISHA HIRANI

These Islands Chocolate Mint Protein Bar Truffles are not only relatively healthy but are also unbelievably good and quick to make.
Thanks to Anisha Hirani (@anishas_kitchen) for creating these little balls of heaven and health. 

METHOD:

Microwave an Islands Chocolate bar and add 1 drop of peppermint essence, or you could melt  bar of  mint chocolate for about 20 seconds until softened.
Add:
- 1 dessert spoon of smooth peanut butter
- 1 tblsp of maple syrup.
Mix altogether until combined and roll into balls.
Dip into melted Islands 75% dark chocolate Buttonsand set in the fridge.
Drizzle more chocolate and top with organic coffee granules and sea salt flakes.
