CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BAKED OATS - MEERA

INGREDIENTS:

65g oat flour⁠
40g choc & nut vegan protein
1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder⁠
1tbsp milled flaxseeds⁠
1/2tsp baking powder⁠
140ml unsweetened almond milk⁠
1tbsp smooth peanut butter⁠
IslandsDark chocolate⁠



METHOD:⁠

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.⁠


Mix all the ingredients except the peanut butter and chocolate together. ⁠


Pour 3/4 of the batter into an ovenproof ramekin and place the peanut butter in the centre. ⁠


Cover with the remaining batter and place the chocolate on top. ⁠

Bake for 15 mins.⁠
