
INGREDIENTS:
65g oat flour40g choc & nut vegan protein
1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1tbsp milled flaxseeds
1/2tsp baking powder
140ml unsweetened almond milk
1tbsp smooth peanut butter
IslandsDark chocolate
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the ingredients except the peanut butter and chocolate together.
Pour 3/4 of the batter into an ovenproof ramekin and place the peanut butter in the centre.
Cover with the remaining batter and place the chocolate on top.
Bake for 15 mins.
